We respect the confidentiality of our customers and protect it by allowing only authorized personnel to view information on their shipments.  When you Create an Account, the information you provide will be held in confidence. Schedule Pickups from your doorstep to anywhere in the Oak Harbor Delivery Area.  Shipments can range from a single package to an entire trailer.  You can Review the Pick up Requests at any time to verify proper entry. Shipment Tracing is a service provided for the benefit of our customers.  Enter an Oak Harbor Pro number to receive information on the current status of your shipment. Need a proof of delivery or a copy of the original bill of lading?  We provide this online service through our Document Retrieval system. On-line Rate Quoter allows our customers to retrieve rate quotes based on your specific pricing.  If you do not have an account with us, you can still receive rates based on our OAKH500 rates. On-line Reporting offers the ability to display reports or receive them by e-mail.  Outbound and Inbound Service Reports, Shippers, Consignee, and Bill-to Manifests, and Movement Analysis reports are available. Our our rate software is available for download here. Web account customers can receive delivery notification by email for all shipments or specific shipments only. Delivery time can be calculated between two zip codes at Calculate Service Time.   To view transit times between Oak Harbor terminals visit Service Matrix.   We offer download options for our Service and Points information in various file formats. Need a Bill of Lading?  You have come to the right place.  After logging in to www.oakh.com, customers will find the Bill of Lading under Web Services and will notice that their name and address information is automatically filled in on the form.  For effeciency, Bill of Lading templates can be saved to be reused again.  The Bill of Lading form is located under Shipping Too ls for customers without a web account.   The weekly fuel surcharge rate can be found at Current Fuel Surcharge.  Detailed information about how the fuel surcharge is calculated can be found at Fuel Surcharge Schedule.  Both are located under Rate Services.
