Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Inc -- the Premier LTL service leader in the West -- is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and promotable Inside Sales Representative at the corporate office in Auburn, WA with the Account Management Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing, growing, and maintaining a customer base in a designated territory.
Promoting OHFL services and value-added service products to existing and potential customers for continued profitable revenue growth through quality interactions by phone and e-mail.
Assist in providing on-going communication between Sales and Operations to ensure team effort in securing and maintaining profitable business.
Understand and have the ability to demonstrate creativity in achieving mutually agreeable Win/Win solutions.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to identify, unpack, and solve problems through engaging questions.
Negotiations experience a plus. Previous sales/operations experience in the LTL and/or transportation industry welcomed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and BCM preferred!
Effective organizational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
A college degree is preferred.
Salary is commensurate with experience: $35,000 to $43,000. This is a salary-only position.
